Every client’s needs are different. Our process is divided into two phases to ensure the plan serving you and your employees is based on a firm understanding of your company, your situation, and your objectives.
Before getting started on your retirement plan, Mariner Retirement Advisors gets to know you, your business, and your goals. This includes fiduciary orientation—ERISA 3(38) or ERISA 3(21)—and the development of a plan to help make sure that everything we do serves you and your participants. Throughout this process, we’ll develop several key deliverables: your investment policy statement, your fiduciary process, a written business plan and calendar and your investment menu design.
Ongoing monitoring and due diligence.
With your plan in place, it’s time to execute it, reevaluating and adjusting course as necessary to ensure that you and your participants are always headed in the direction of their goals. Throughout the course of our relationship, Mariner Retirement Advisors will conduct ongoing reporting and committee management, as well as fee diagnosis and service review. In addition, we will help you communicate your plan to your participants through targeted communications and in-person meetings.
